Directors’ Feedback Survey 2026: FAQ

  1. How will you use the feedback that we’re providing?

We will use responses to measure our current service quality in comparison to the results from 2025’s Feedback Survey.

We may use individual feedback in our marketing materials with your permission. You will be able to opt in or out of your individual feedback being used this way.

We will create a report collating all feedback, which we may or may not decide to make public.

You can view the previous report resulting from 2025’s feedback survey here. All comments received as part of last years’ survey were published within the feedback report.

  1. Why are there two versions of the survey?

The two editions enable us to tailor questions to the level of service provided.

  1. What changes have been made for this year’s surveys?

Other than the new edition for smaller blocks, we have:

  • Changed the surveying software being used to Microsoft Forms, as this enables faster analysis.
  • Included a non-optional question asking Directors to state their block size, as this enables faster analysis.
  • Removed the question enquiring about Legal Support services, as we felt that Directors did not have sufficient interaction with this team to enable effective interpretation of last year’s responses.
  • Included additional questions to help us better understand how clients interpret the Jennings & Barrett brand, and to identify any areas where we can help Directors more effectively in their own roles.
  1. Where will my responses be kept?

They will be kept in Microsoft Forms, within Jennings & Barrett’s company cloud software. Once ready for analysis, they will be processed in Microsoft Excel, which may require the responses to be downloaded onto a local Jennings & Barrett managed machine and shared within Jennings & Barretts’ local systems.

Responses will be collated into a 2026 Directors’ Feedback Report, which may be shared publically.

Following analysis and report creation, the data may be cleansed of identifying information and published through a “walled” webpage, in which people can submit their email to view all responses provided without analysis. This is to support Jennings & Barretts’ transparency values.

You can, at any time, ask for your responses to be removed from the system by emailing operations@sienna-buffalo-255343.hostingersite.com

  1. Who will have access to my responses?

Our Marketing and Operations teams will have full access to the responses. Other staff in the business will be informed regarding the results of the survey, however they will not be provided with full details, unless there is cause for concern revealed within the survey responses that may prompt a deeper internal investigation.

The final report is likely to be publicly published, but no specific identifying information will be included. You can see last year’s report for an example of how we used those responses here.

You have the option to accept whether or not you’d like to be contacted if any further information or deeper understanding into your feedback response is required.

  1. Do I have to answer all the questions?

No, you do not have to answer all the questions. The only required question is related to block size on the survey designed for blocks larger than 10 units, which is necessary for faster, full analysis.

  1. How long will the survey take?

Roughly five minutes, however, this may be longer or shorter depending on the detail you choose to provide within your responses.

  1. What timescale does the survey cover?

All questions refer to your experience of Jennings & Barrett over the previous 12 months.

  1. Where can I find the prize draw terms and conditions?

Please read these here.

  1. I have additionalquestions relating to this feedback exercise, how is best to ask them?

Please complete this form to submit your question. Using a form to gather related queries allows us to identify any themes to improve future communications, extend this FAQ and ensure that all queries receive a response. Once you have submitted your question, our Operations Team will receive a notification.

Thanks in advance for your contribution.
