Every Jennings & Barrett block client with more than 10 units has a Named Property Manager.
They’ll take responsibility for working with Directors to set your development’s management goals, provide management and conduct company business.
Your block is assigned to a Property Manager with existing necessary skills and experience for any relevant block features – such as resident facilities and on-site staff presence – to ensure that you have the support you need.
Creating Impact With Your Management Team
Your Named Property Manager will also have the support from an assigned Property Assistant. Our Property Assistants are junior members of our team who are on the Property Manager career path. They are typically responsible for ensuring responsive and proactive Leaseholder management.
Our back office teams – Accounts, Operations, Legal Support, and Compliance – will provide additional assistance to your property manager and your development, overseen by your Named Property Manager, resulting in coordinated and consistent support as you work towards your objectives.
You’ll receive a responsive, reliable service. Clients tell us that they appreciate Jennings & Barrett’s consistency, expertise and experience, which creates tangible improvements across their developments.
Take a look at how we help clients achieve stability and financial resilience in our Case Studies.
“… Our building is definitely in a much better state thanks to working with J&B over many years from the replacement of the roof and resurfacing of the car park through to general routine maintenance issues.
We still have more priorities for the coming years to further improve the building and services ranging from additional fire protection works and improvement of waste management issues but I’m confident J&B will help us deal such issues in a proactive way.”
