1. Taking Part
By attending this event, you agree that you and anyone in your care take part at your own risk. Please ensure children and pets (if applicable to the event) are supervised at all times.
2. Health & Safety
We do our best to make the event enjoyable and safe for everyone. However, accidents can happen at events like this, so we ask attendees to act responsibly and be mindful of others.
Please follow venue procedures at all times.
3. Liability
The event organisers and any partners involved cannot accept responsibility for:
- Personal injury or accidents that occur during the event.
- Loss of, or damage to, personal belongings.

If you have a medical condition, allergy, or require additional support, please ensure appropriate precautions are taken. We recommend bringing any medication or assistance you may need.

5. Weather & Changes
Plans may change due to weather or other circumstances. We reserve the right to adjust or cancel activities if needed for safety reasons.
Please ensure that your party are appropriately equipped for the expected weather on the day.
6. Photography
Photos or videos may be taken during the event and used for community or promotional purposes. We ask that event attendees be mindful of personal data and receive permission from relevant attendees if taking photographs that may include identifying information.
7. Being Kind
We want this to be a welcoming event for everyone. Disruptive, unsafe or disrespectful behaviour may result in attendees being asked to leave.
