At Jennings & Barrett, we believe great service starts with listening. That is why we are pleased to announce the launch of our 2026 Directors’ Feedback Survey for RMC/RTM (Resident Management Company / Right to Manage Company) Directors and Freeholder clients across our Block & Estate Management portfolio.
The survey follows 2025’s first Directors’ Feedback Survey, which revealed that:
- Directors rate their overall experience of our Block & Estate Management service at 7/10
- Directors have a high level of trust in their Property Managers, with average ratings of 4/5 across our Senior Property Manager and Property Manager team.
- Directors are happy with contractors used on their developments, with an average rating of 4/5.
The 2025 report can be viewed in full here.
Whilst we were pleased with the results of 2025’s survey, there were some changes made to our service following the launch of the survey report: Some internal restructuring occurred, and there were calls for even greater levels of transparency. This led to our Operations Team fast-tracking new systems and initiatives such as:
- Launching a Management Tracker for larger clients, and
- Updating our Directors’ portal access to enable higher levels of financial oversight for their accounts and service charge collections.
To update the survey for 2026, two versions of the survey are being shared with clients: One for small blocks under the size of 10 units, and the second for blocks over the size of 10 units. This is to acknowledge the different levels of service that each development profile receives.
New questions ask clients to define their perception of the Jennings & Barrett brand, and others aim to identify direct ways we can better support new clients, and new Directors joining current client boards, within their roles.
Commenting on the purpose of the Feedback Surveys, Managing Director for Jennings & Barrett, Joanna Bould (MPTI AssocRICS), says:
Client feedback plays an important role in helping us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve. Each response helps shape the way we both grow our business, and improve our support to Directors in the future.
Following the success of previous surveys, we remain committed to continuous measurement and improvement. We value every response and appreciate the time clients take to share their views.”
The Jennings & Barrett (J&B) team look forward to hearing from our clients, and using their feedback to continue delivering the trusted, responsive service they expect from us.
2026’s Directors’ Feedback Survey is open for responses until 12pm on Friday, 5th June 2026. Directors are being offered an incentive to provide their feedback through a prize draw of one £200 voucher for the online retailer of their choice. 2025’s Feedback Report included the publication of every written comment received during the survey.
