Jonian joined Jennings & Barrett in October 2022 and became the company’s first Operations Director in 2023. He leads the day-to-day operations across Block & Property Management services and serves as the in-house compliance expert. With over 18 years of experience in the property industry, Jonian brings extensive knowledge backed by his IRPM (TPI) and RICS qualifications.
