Carol has worked in Block & Estate Management for moe than 20 years, and as of 2026, is celebrating 10 years' of service for Jennings & Barrett.
Carol's career began at British Rail Property Services, and most of it has been in the property industry. After starting a family, Carol worked for Estate Agents and Solicitors.
Carol excels at stakeholder management – her strong relationships with clients and leaseholders have contributed to Jennings & Barrett's long-term customer loyalty. As a Senior Property Manager, Carol now manages a portfolio of over 20 small blocks and serves as an expert for junior team members.
