Executive Operations Manager
Bethany originally joined Jennings & Barrett in 2020 as an independent contractor supporting Financial Director, Richard Bould, with his executive management tasks. In 2024, she officially became a full-time member of the business, serving initially as Jennings and Barrett's first Senior Personal Assistant. In 2025, Bethany progressed to Executive Operations Manager following significant achievements in streamlining business functions, implementing new technologies, and introducing new systems. As Executive Operations Manager, Bethany is responsible for delivering on corporate objectives to improve operational efficiency, enhance the client experience, and help achieve financial goals. Bethany is currently studying a Level 5 qualification in Operational Management.
