50% off Sales / Lettings Fee T&Cs

1. Offer Overview
This promotional offer entitles the first three new clients who instruct Jennings & Barrett to sell or let their property to receive 50% off our standard sales or lettings management fees. 

2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the discount, clients must:

• Instruct Jennings & Barretton a new sales or lettings management agreement by 1st September 2025.

• Mention or quote the promotional phrase “Summer Fees Discount 2025” at the point of instruction.

• Be among the first three instructions received under this specific campaign.

3. Campaign Period

• The offer is valid until 1st September 2025, or until the first three qualifying instructions are received, whichever comes first.

• Jennings & Barrett reserves the right to close the campaign early if the maximum number of discounted instructions is reached.

4. Scope of Discount

• The 50% discount applies to our standard published fees for sales or lettings management services only.

• Any additional services requested will be charged at the standard rate and are not included in the offer.

5. Instructions and Agreement

• A signed sole agency or sole selling rights agreement (for sales) or a fully managed lettings agreement must be in place for the discount to apply.

• Multi-agency instructions or tenant-find-only services are excluded.

6. Exclusions

• Existing clients or instructions prior to the campaign start date are not eligible.

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or referral schemes.

7. Limitations and Discretion

• Only one discount may be applied per instruction.

• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Jennings & Barrett is final.

• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without notice.

8. Legal

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
